The Pflugerville Police Association is working very hard to gain a much needed pay raise for the hard working ladies and men in dispatch. As the figures above show, the Pflugerville Police Department currently ranks 11th out of 13 total agencies in regards to dispatcher pay.

The Pflugerville Police Department currently starts dispatchers out at $23,858, and has an average dispatcher earning $28,382. A single person working and trying to live in the city of Pflugerville can't make it on these types of wages. With and average wage of $87,000 required just to survive in the city, where does that leave our dispatchers? The PPA will work diligently to try and gain a much needed pay adjustment for our hard working dispatchers.

scholarship fund. Each year the Pflugerville Police Association

awards a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior of the

Pflugerville Independent School District.

The Pflugerville Police Association also helps support the Travis

County Center for Child Protection.
